LETTER TO PARKS CANADA : INSTRUCTIONS
NOT TO INTERFERE IN MUSHROOM HARVESTING BY
CONSECUTIVELY SETTLED SOVEREIGN RMCN CITIZEN INDIGENOUS PERSON ROBIN DAVIDSON
Whereas ROCKY MOUNTAIN CREE NATION (hereafter,RMCN) citizen Robin Davidson has made friendly enquiries to Parks Canada officers for the purpose of advising You (EIIR Canada PARKS CANADA / hereafter, EIIR-C-PC) that there is no evident political treaty between competent parties that enshrines EIIR Canada with paramount governance authourity to regulate lands and resources traditionally entitled through custom and tradition to Rocky Mountain Cree Nation Peoples; and, as currently administered through the offices of HRH absolute monarch Chief Calliou; and, HRH Calliou has not treatied with Parks Canada; hence, it remains the original and continued political right of citizen Robin Davidson to proceed unhampered by EIIR Canada / Parks Canada, et al.
Namely, this writer, Robin Davidson, shall proceed to enter RMCN territories for purposes of harvesting mushrooms (including Parks Canada trespassed territories) as a business venture to provide for my home and family. Any interference by EIIR Canada, et al, including Parks Canada upon these said Robin Davidson activities shall be deemed to be hostile trespass; specifically, violations of RMCN territorial rights; and, may also, be referred to the International Criminal Court as a violation of international law; including, allegations of breaches of UN Charter, Chapter VII.

IN ABSENCE OF FORTHWITH COMPLIANCE
References of absolute RMCN governance paramount privilege is recognized through general aspects of international law, doctrines, declarations and compacts in matters regarding fundamental human rights. Breaches of the original and continued political RMCN governance is considered as matters of right to this writer Robin Davidson; and, is actionable, forthwith within the full terms of RMCN political governance right - as recognized by the constitutional monarch Elizabeth II in her 1953 coronation oath to "preserve and protect the customs and traditions of all the peoples of her territories; in justice and mercy, so help her, God". As an aggrieved party, I, Robin Davidson, shall execute all rights in political privilege; reviewing all RMCN customs and traditions; and, shall include (but, not limited to) various international political declarations; such as the Jay Treaty, the Ghent Treaty, The 1763 Royal Proclamation; and, the Rome Statute. The International Criminal Court Prosecutor's Office has received a 2014 Preliminary Disclosure on the fundamental matters.

You, EIIR Canada / Parks Canada are, herein, instructed to confirm by electronic transmission within 5 business days of JUNE 25th, 2016 to the email address  davidsonrobin9@gmail.com  forthwith compliance with the sovereign RMCN territory rights and privileges; as are embraced by this writer, Robin Davidson; and, therein, absolute political governance is vested into HRH Chief Calliou, absolute monarch Rocky Mountain Cree Nation / RMCN.

This electronic reply shall originate under the seal of EIIR Canada Justice Minister.
